New Victim Comes Forward in Securities Fraud Case against Former Wichita Investment Adviser

Topeka, KS--- More charges are being filed against Dennis D. Bailey, a former financial adviser and Sedgwick County resident, after another victim recently came forward with complaints. The latest victim, who resides in Bonner Springs, experienced fraud-related losses of approximately $24,000.

The recently named victim was offered an opportunity to participate in the sale of fraudulent securities . Over a year and a half later, the victim never received any funds back.

Bailey is charged with multiple counts of securities fraud for unlawfully selling securities in an entity known as Legacy Capital. He has now been charged for defrauding 8 Kansans with 41 felony counts of securities fraud, resulting with losses in excess of $740,000.
